Due to unforeseen events, our optical department has limited staffing.
- Our Medford Optical shop will be closed on Friday 1/8.
- From January 4 – January 15, we will not have an Optician in our Grants Pass office.
If we have called you to let you know your glasses or contact lenses are ready, please pick them up from our greeter station at our Medford office or at the reception desk in our Grants Pass office. If we have not called you to let you know your glasses or contact lenses are ready, please refrain from walking into our Medford office to inquire.
If you are a Grants Pass patient and need optical assistance like having your glasses adjusted, please call us at 541-779-4711 to schedule an appointment with one of our Medford Opticians.
Please note that our Medford office will have limited optical support during this time. Patients who need help with glasses and contact lenses may experience a longer wait time than usual. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this creates and ask for your patience while we all work together to help our optical patients as efficiently as possible. We will have staff working remotely to help return phone calls and to triage questions or concerns.
Additionally, our Grants Pass office will be closed on Wednesday, January 6. Our Grants Pass office will resume regular office hours on Thursday, January 7. If you have questions or concerns, please call us at 541-779-4711.
